After donating or subscribing on Patreon, join our Support Server, open a support ticket, and provide proof of your donation. A staff member will manually activate your perks.
We issue a dedicated bot instance and invite link specifically for your server. It runs on RamaBot's servers, uses the same database, and has all the standard commands, but you get exclusive branding rights to customize the bot's profile picture, banner, bio, and status.
In addition to server customization and daily credit multipliers ($10 tier), Premium unlocks exclusive profile cards, premium profile fonts, and custom profile colors. You also receive the ability to gift 15 days of free Premium to a friend.
No. Real Money Trading (RMT) and operating "shop servers" that exchange bot credits for real cash or external goods are strictly prohibited.
We do not penalize accounts based on rumors: concrete proof of trading or abusing economy glitches is required. Violations are evaluated case-by-case by the bot owner and can result in temporary credit blacklists, full credit resets, or permanent bans from using the bot and inviting it to servers.
An API key is allowed a certain number of requests per minute by the provider. That allowance is called a rate limit, and on a free key it is small on purpose. Ask for one more request in the same minute and the provider refuses it. Nothing is broken and nothing is charged; the request simply does not happen.
This catches people out because the limit is per minute, not per day. A key that looks fine while you test it alone will refuse requests the moment several members use an AI command at once, which is exactly when the server is busiest and the failure is most visible. One key is one queue.
Adding more keys gives the bot more queues. Requests are spread across every key the server has, and if one is refused the bot moves to the next rather than failing the command. Two or three keys is enough for most servers; a large, busy one may want closer to ten. The keys can come from different providers, and they can be free keys. There is no charge from us for any of this, because the AI runs on your key rather than ours.
A key that stops working is not a problem either: the bot skips it and uses the others, so the AI features keep answering while you replace it.
RamaBot requires an initial setup when first added to a server. Prefix commands, slash commands, and modules will not function until the setup process is completed for that server.
Log into the dashboard at ramabot.xyz. Ensure the specific feature or logging module is enabled and configured correctly for your server. If settings are correct and the issue persists, open a support ticket in our Discord server.
You can toggle your visibility for Credits and XP leaderboards on or off directly from your profile settings on the dashboard. For the Counting leaderboard, you are prompted to choose whether to participate during the initial channel setup.
Because there is currently no automated self-service delete command, you must open a support ticket in our Discord server or email rmrmrama069@gmail.com from your associated Discord account to request a manual database wipe.
Response times depend on owner availability and work schedules. If you open a ticket and do not receive an immediate response, feel free to tag the owner once or twice: just avoid excessive spamming.
